Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn / unused
- Tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
3. How to Start a Return

- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. At this time, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and immediately if:
- The item is defective
- Damaged
- You received the wrong item
We'll assess the issue and repair, replace, or refund as needed.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom orders or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
- Items purchased on sale
- Orders that claimed a rebate

6. Exchanges
For exchanges, the fastest method is:
- Request a return for the original item.
- After it's approved, place a new order for the item you want.
7. EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Orders shipped to countries in the European Union include a legal right to cancel the order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Returned items must be:

8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you if your refund is approved.

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
